妊高征母血和脐血红细胞钠钾变化的病例对照研究

摘　　要：本研究测定了102名妊高征患者和102名正常孕妇及其新生儿脐血红细胞内外钠钾的浓度。妊高征组母红细胞内钢、红细胞钠钾比值和血浆钾显著高于对照组,表明钠钾代谢失平衡在妊高征的发病中起一定作用。两组新生儿脐血红细胞内外钠钾浓度无显著性差异。Concentrations of Na and K of red blood cell(RBC),plasma Na and K of maternal and umbilical cord blood were measured in 102 patients with pregnancy-induced hypert- ension and 102 normotensive pregnant women and their neonates.The value of maternal RBC Na,Na/K and plasma K in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension was significantly higher than that of Normotensive pregnant women.There were no differe- nces in concentration of Na and K in umbilical cord RBC and plasma between the two groups.The results Show that pregnancy-induced hypertension is associated with the metabolic disturbance of sodium and potassium.
