甲硝唑对鸡新城疫病活疫苗免疫效果影响的观察

摘　　要：本研究进行观察甲硝唑药物对鸡 ND疫苗初次免疫的影响。结果显示高母源抗体雏鸡免疫 ND疫苗前应用甲硝唑 ,用药鸡免疫后抗 NDV抗体滴度明显升高 ;免疫后应用甲硝唑 ,抗 NDV抗体滴度也明显高于未用药鸡 ;左旋咪唑具有类似作用。甲硝唑用药鸡 ND疫苗二次免疫后 ,鸡血清抗 NDV抗体滴度明显高于未用药鸡 ;左旋咪唑也具有类似作用。Two experiments were done to observe the effect of metronidazole on the immune response to ND live vaccine in Chicks:Experiment one was done to observe the effect of metronidazole on first immunization of ND live vaccine. The results in experiment one indicated that the antibody titers to NDV were higher in the groups metrondazole treated before of after first immunzation of ND live vaccine than control groups in chicks with high level of maternal antibody to NDV.Levamisole han similar effects as metrondazole. Experiment two was done to observe the effect of metronidazole on second immunization of ND live vaccine. It was sshown in experiment two there maintained higher levels of the antibody to NDV in the chicks metrondazole treated before second immunization of ND live vaccine than control group. Levamisole also had similar effect.
