Effects of GA_3 and PP_(333) on the Apple Flower Bud Differentiation Course and Contents of Endogenous Hormone

摘  要:以红富士、首红苹果为研究对象,连续3年用PP333(多效唑)1000mg/L和GA3(赤霉酸)1000mg/L处理,结果表明:PP333可使叶芽的节位数增长,但对花芽的节位数没有明显的影响。而GA3对叶芽节位数没有影响,但首红苹果花芽节位数有减少趋向。二者处理对苹果花芽形态分化开始时期没有影响,但PP333加速了花芽形态分化进程,GA3延迟了花芽形态分化进程。喷PP333提高了ZR(玉米素核苷)/IAA(吲哚乙酸),ZR/GAS(赤霉素)、ABA(脱落酸)/IAA和ABA/GAS比值,从而促进了花芽形成。相反,GA3处理降低了ZR/IAA、ZR/GAS、ABA/IAA和ABA/GAS比值,而抑制了花芽形成。Redchief and Red Fuji apple varieties were used as materials for testing the effect of treatments of paclobutrazol(PP 333 )and GA 3 on the contents of endogenous hormones in buds.The results showed that noted that PP 333 could increase the leaf bud node number,but no effect was noted for flower bud;there was no effect of GA 3 for the node number of bud on the Red Fuji apple variety,but had a trend of decreasing the node number of flower bud on the Redchief variety.PP 333 and GA 3 made no change on the critical period of flower bud initiation.PP 333 enhanced the development of the flower bud and thus shortened the sustained period of flower bud formation.GA 3 delayed the development of the flower bud.The contents of ABA and ZR,and ZR/IAA,ZR/GAs ,ABA/IAA and ABA/GAs ratios in spur bud were remarkably increased.While GAs and IAA content in spur bud were decreased by PP 333 treatment.The contents of GA 3 and IAA in spur bud were remarkably in-creased.While ZR and ABA content ,ZR/IAA,ZR/GAs ,ABA/IAA,and ABA/GAs in spur bud were decreased by GA 3 treatment.
