摘  要:黄瓜枯萎菌[Fusarium oxysporum (Schl.) f.sp. cucumerinum Owen]能诱导黄瓜几丁酶的积累,但在诱导的速度和强度上,抗病品种和感病品种有明显的差异。抗病品种“津杂四号”积累的幅度远大于感病品种“津研四号”,升高的幅度是“津研四号”的2.8倍。因此我们可以初步认为几丁酶与黄瓜对枯萎病的抗性反应有关。The Fusarium oxysporium (Schl.) f. sp. cucumerium Owen can induce the accumulation of chitinous enzyme in cucumber, in which there are significant differences in inducing speed and activity of the enzyme between resistant and susceptible varieties of cucumber. After being affwcted by the disease, the accumulation level of the chitinous enzyme in resistant variety of cucumber, Jinza No.4, is much higher than the susceptible variety, Jinyan No.4, The activity of chitinous enzyme in the Jinza No.4 is 2.8 times of the Jinyan No.4. These Threse results suggested that the chitinous enzyme is related with the resistant reaction to the disease.
