摘 要:钙基膨润土通过酸活化、热活化、TiCl4 活化、羟基铝和AlCl3 活化 ,对碱性紫染料溶液进行处理 ,发现用TiCl4 和AlCl3 活化的膨润土对碱性紫染料脱色率分别达到 89%和 98%以上 ,比原土脱色率显著提高 ;通过X射线分析发现 :TiCl4 和AlCl3 活化的膨润土具有较大层间距 ,而且吸附性能明显提高。The basic purple dye solution was treated with the Ca-base bentonite which was activated by acidification, heat treatment, or TiCl4, AlCl3, hydroxy aluminium. The results show that the decoloring rate of the basic purple dye was above 89 % and 98 % corresponding the bentonites activated by TiCl4 or AlCl3 respectively. The bentonites activated by TiCl4 or AlCl3 were studied by x-ray diffration and layer distances became larger, leading to enbanced adsorption performance. The adsorption of the basic purple dye by bentonites was majorly due to the coprecipitation of the dye and bentonite as well as the interchange of cations.
