摘  要:对影响Cu 10Sn基公路维修用锯片性能的有关参数进行了正交优化研究 ,探讨了Fe、Ni等合金元素含量、WC含量、金刚石粒度、添加剂A、B及烧结工艺 (温度T ,保温时间t)对锯片三点弯曲强度 (TRS)及其切割性能的影响。结果表明 :烧结温度、Fe含量和金刚石粒度是影响金刚石锯片寿命的最主要因素 ,而Fe含量 ,保温时间和Ni含量是影响胎体对金刚体包镶能力的主要因素。最后 。Cu-10Sn based diamond saw blades for cutting cured concrete were studied by the orthogonal table design. The effect of iron, nickel, WC contents, diamond size, additive A, additive B (rare earth) and sintering parameters (temperature, holding time) on the TRS of diamond segments and cutting performance of diamond saw blades were analyzed. The results showed that Fe and Ni contents and keeping time were the key factors which influenced the retention of diamond in the bond while the sintering temperature, Fe content and diamond size were the key factors which influence the tool life. The appearance of used saw blades were observed by SEM.
