摘　　要：改革开放初期 ,在全党工作重点转移到经济建设上来的同时 ,我党对当时世界形势的特点及其发展趋势作出了正确的判断 ,对中国的外交政策作了重大调整 ,丰富和发展了独立自主的外交政策 ,改变了中国与其它国家的关系 ,开创了中国外交工作的新局面。At the early stage of the reform and opening to the outside world,meanwhile the CPC changed the working focus to economic construction,it made right judgement on the international situation and development trend,and regulated Chinese foreign policy.The CPC enriched and developed independent foreign policy,changed the relationship between China and other countries.and created a new situation in Chinese foreign affairs.
