益气活血清热法治疗幽门螺旋菌感染性胃病的临床研究

摘　　要：本研究对由黄芪、白芍、蒲公英、仙鹤草、丹参、甘草等药物组成的益气活血清热方的抗幽门螺旋菌作用作了对照研究。结果提示此方对幽门螺旋菌的阴转率与西药组相同,并可显著改善临床症状。This paper presents control experiment on the anti—pyloric spirillum action of the prescription for invigorating qi, activating blood circulation and clearing away heat, which consists of such drugs as Radix Astragali seu Hedysari, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Herba Taraxaci, Herba Agrimoniae, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Radix Glycyrrhizae, etc. The action is evaluated clinically, gastroscopically, pathologically ,bacteriologically and immunologically. The result suggests that this prescription is similar to western medicines in anti—pyloric spirillum action, and can markedly improve clinical symptoms.
