摘　　要：介绍了也门的地质概况 ;认为也门具有较丰富的油气资源 ,石油工业起步晚、发展快 ,含油气盆地勘探程度低 ,勘探领域广 ;提出在也门政府采取的对外开放的石油政策下 ,中国石油。An introduction to the general geological condition of Yemen which indicates that Yemen possesses relatively rich oil and gas resources;oil industry in Yemen was late to begin but quick to develop.On the other hand,its exploration level of basins containing oil and gas is low but its exploration field is wide.The article suggests that in view of the opening oil policy to the outside world adopted by the Yemen Government,CNPC,SINOPEC and CNOOC should take an active attitude towards entering Yemen's oil exploration and developing markets.
