发烟硫酸有机溶剂磺化法合成1,5-萘二磺酸

摘　　要：以 1 ,2二氯乙烷为溶剂 ,用发烟硫酸有机溶剂磺化法合成 1 ,5萘二磺酸 ,对影响反应的因素做了探讨。得到的较佳反应条件为 :发烟硫酸质量分数为 3 0 % ,萘 /SO3(物质的量比 ) =1∶ 2 .2 5,反应温度 5℃ ,反应时间为 8h,1 ,5萘二磺酸收率 76.5%Naphthalene disulfonic acid has been synthesized by treating naphthalene with oleum of 1,2dichloroethane and the factors affecting the reaction have been investigated. It is shown that when using 30% oleum as sulfonation agent under the conditions of n(naphthalene)∶n(SO 3)=1∶2.25, the reaction temperature of 5 ℃, the reaction time of 8 h, the yield of 1,5Naphthalene disulfonic acid is 76.5%.
