摘  要:多产柴油和液化气的重油催化裂化催化剂RGD采用了活化处理后的高岭土半合成载体 ,与改性的复合超稳Y型分子筛为活性组分。活化处理后的高岭土比表面积增加了 40m2 /g以上 ,微反活性提高了 5个单位以上。采用双金属对超稳Y型分子筛进行改性 ,在试验范围内 ,金属组元镁使分子筛的强酸量降低了 41.2 %~ 5 8.8% ,弱酸量略有降低 ;金属组元稀土使分子筛的强酸量增加了 2 5 .2 %~ 38.5 % ,弱酸量略有增加。重油微反评价结果表明 ,与多产柴油的MLC 5 0 0催化剂相比 ,在重油转化率相当的情况下 ,RGD催化剂的液化气加柴油的产率提高 5个百分点 ,液化气柴油指数提高 6个单位 。R&D of RGD, a catalyst for enhancing LCO and LPG production, are briefly reported. The catalyst consisted of an activated kaolin matrix and a modified zeolite as active component. After activation of the kaolin, its surface area was increased by more than 40m 2/g, as well as its micro activity was increased by more than 6 units. The test results of the modified bimetallic zeolites showed that through introducing magnesium, the strong acid amounts were decreased by 41.2%-58.85%; and the weak acid amounts were slightly decreased. The strong acid amounts were increased by 25.2%-38.8% and the weak acid amounts were slightly increased by rare earth introduction. In comparison with another catalyst, MLC 500, for more LCO, the MAT results showed that the yield of the LCO plus LPG with RGD catalyst was 5 percentage higher and the LCO plus LPG index was increased by 6 units, along with improved coke selectivity at constant conversion.
