螺杆泵专用扭矩锚的研制

摘　　要：螺杆泵井下锚定常采用的Y2 11型封隔器总成承载扭矩较小 ,生产过程中油管经常脱扣。为此 ,研制了螺杆泵专用扭矩锚 ,该扭矩锚主要由锚体、卡块、卡套、扶正器等组成。下井时将扭矩锚接到螺杆泵下端 ,当螺杆泵工作时 ,产生的正向扭矩使卡块转动 ,在卡块和套管摩擦力作用下 ,卡块翻转 ,将螺杆泵定子和套管内壁锚定 ;当螺杆泵停止工作时 ,正向扭矩消失 ,在反向扭矩的作用下 ,锚定自动解除。螺杆泵专用扭矩锚在孤岛区块油田共推广应用 32井次 ,锚定成功率均达 10 0 % ,减少无效作业 8井次 ,生产周期延长 64d ,节约生产成本 3 2万元 ,累计增产原油 1In the light of unscrewing of the tubing caused by the rotation of the screw pump stator,an anchoring device for preventing the stator from rotating is developed.The structure and operating principle of the anchoring device are described.Field use shows that,by using the anchoring device,the success rate of the operatinon in screw pump wells is improved greatly,and the production period of the wells is extended obviously.
