摘　　要：通过对公共图书馆现状的分析 ,找出了存在的问题 ,并提出更新观念、树立品牌意识、发挥馆藏优势、发展信息产业、引进竞争机制等加快公共图书馆发展的建议。Through analysis on present situation of public libraries, this paper points out where the problems stand, and puts forward the suggestions of promoting the development of public libraries.These suggestions include renewing the opinion, establishing brand consciousness, giving full play to the superiority of holdings ,developing information trade and introducing competitive mechanism.
