摘　　要：以南京市房产测绘信息系统为例 ,对房产测绘信息系统数据特点进行分析 ,以系统中用户码为核心 ,建立变更信息索引表 ,记录系统变更内容 ,对历史数据进行管理及恢复再现。In the study of Real-estate Survey and Mapping System of Nanjing City, the paper discussed the data characters of real-estate information, and established a updating information index table based on user-ID to record change contents. Then the function of managing and recovering the real-estate history is implemented in the system.
