摘 要:光镜观察发现,萘甲异喹(NI)30~300μmol/L 可明显减少抗原攻击的被动致敏大鼠腹腔肥大细胞形态改变的发生率;透射和扫描电镜观察,NI300μmol/L 能抑制大鼠腹腔肥大细胞由抗原引起的脱颗粒;荧光法测定组胺显示,NI 能浓度依赖地抑制抗原诱发的致敏大鼠腹腔肥大细胞释放组胺。实验结果提示,NI 能稳定肥大细胞膜。Naphthylmethyl isoquinoline(NI)was modified from tetradine structure.In this report,a study was performed on the NI on the morphological change and histamine release from mast cells in rats,NI(30-300μmol/L) markedlydecreased the percentage of morphological change of the mast cells challengedby antigen.NI (300μmol/L) was found inhibiting the degranulation of ratperitoneal mast cells induced by antigen under transmission and scanningelectron microscopes.The amounts of histamine released were determined byfluorimetry.The results show that NI can exert concentration dependeninhibition on histamine release from the passive sensitized mast cells in rats.The IC_(50) of NI is 99.5μmol/L.The study suggests NI may stabilize themembrane of rat mast cells.
