摘　　要：本文介绍了一个针对性能管理功能域开发的网络监测系统 ,该系统采用了直观、简单的 Web方式 ,使网管员能更轻松 ,更直接的了解网络实时的运行情况。文章简要的介绍了系统开发的研究工具和 Java Applet的实施结构 。This paper introduces a network monitoring system for performance management. This Web-based system is used for real-time supervision. The paper then makes a brief introduction to the development tools and structures of the Java Applets.Three examples are given for illustration.
