摘　　要：为了避免评标过程中一些人为因素的干扰,维护招投标的公正、公平的原则,探求用Web技术实现在线评标。文章设计了基于Web的在线评标系统,介绍了系统的主要功能和开发模式,给出了系统实现过程中一些关键问题的处理算法。In order to avoid the disturbance of some personal factors during the apprising process and observe fairy and equality during the biding process,We intend to realize online bidding-apprise process by web technology.This paper first designs the Web-based,bidding-apprise system,and introduces the main functions and the implementing model,finally gives the algorithms of several problems in the implementation process.
