摘　　要：在线拍卖模式是电子商务的重要部分,以拍卖的形式在网上销售产品,因为其不受时间和空间限制、并且可以有效降低运营成本而具有极大吸引力。文章详细分析在线拍卖系统模式、流程、功能以及框架结构。希望这方面的工作对正在进行或拟进行拍卖电子商务的商家有所借鉴。Online-Auction Mode is one of the most important parts of Electronic Commerce.Relying on the advantages of Internet,Online-Auction has been developing a mass volume market that we have never met before.It is attractive for merchants to sell their products online in the form of auction,because there is no limit on time and space,and they can reduce their operation costs effectively.This paper analyzes the system mode,workflow,system functions and system frame of Online-Auction System in detail.It is hoped that this research will be useful for the enterprises which have decided to or are readying to implement Electronic Commerce.
