精浆免疫抑制物质与抗精子抗体等参数的关系

摘　　要：本文报告了精浆免疫抑制物质(SPIM)活性与精子活率、密度、精子顶体酶活力、精浆果糖和血清抗精子抗体阳性率的比较研究。结果表明SPIM活性与精子活率、密度呈正相关;不育组、流产组的SPIM活性与ASA阳性率和精子顶体酶活率无显著差异(P>0.05);而SPIM活性、精子顶体酶活力均较生育组低,ASA阳性率均较生育组高(P<0.05～P<0.01),生育、不育和流产组之间果糖浓度均有显著差异(P<0.05～P<0.01)。The correlation between seminal plasma inhibition material (SPIM) activity and sperm motility, sperm density, acrosin activity, seminal fructose and positive rate of antisperm antibody (ASA) in the serum was studied. The results showed that the SPIM activity was positively related to the sperm motility and density. There was no significant difference between SPIM activity and the positive rate of ASA and the acrosin activity in the infertile and abortion groups(P>0.05) But the SPIM activity, the sperm acrosin enzyme activity in the infertile and abortoin groups was lower than fertile group, and the positive rate of ASA was higher than in the fertile group (P<0.05-P<0.01). There was a sigpificant difference of fructose concentration in fertile, infertile and abortion groups (P<0.05-P<0.01).
