摘　　要：企业重组已成为企业参与市场竞争并实现超常规发展的重要战略武器。新世纪初,我国汽车产业是危机与机遇并存,我们迫切需要通过重组来构筑我国汽车产业跨越发展的基础,形成自己的主导企业,并通过制度创新和实施国家汽车创新系统来实现我国汽车产业的跨越发展。Enterprise restructuring has become an important strategic weapon for the enterprise to participate in the market competition and realize extra normal development. At the start of the new century, risk and chance both exist for China's automobile industry. We need to lay the foundation for span development of China's automobile industry through restructuring , form the major backbone enterprises and realize the span development of China's automobile industry through system renovation and implementation of the state automobile system.
