摘　　要：在研究WHO的健康的定义和STCW 95公约对于海员健康要求的基础上,提出了增强海员健康意识,提高海员身体素质是保证海上航行和人命财产安全的重要条件之一。Based on the definition of the World Health Organization and the health requirement of the STCW 95 for seafarers, the article brings forward some ideas to increase the health consciousness of the seafarers. It is the guarantee for the safety of life and ship. [
