摘　　要：采用复合滤片法建立的软X光谱滤波差分测量系统 ,设计了五对匹配差分对 ,将滤波差分法用于激光等离子体实验测量。测量结果表明 ,此系统具有单色性好、反演方法简单和精度高的特点 。A filtered differential measurement system for soft X-ray spectrum using Ross filters was established. The principle of the system was introduced. Five matched differential pairs were designed. The system was used to measure soft X-ray spectra emitted from laser plasmas and good experimental results were obtained. The measured results show that this system has properties of good monochromaticity, unfolding simply and high accuracy.
