摘  要:In this paper water-soluble C 60 derivative was iodolabelled radioactively with Iodogen method. The labelled yield was measured by Silica GF254 TLC. The effects of pH value, time, temperature and the amount of Iodogen on the labelled yield were studied. 125 I-C 60 (OH) x O y was purified by Sephadex G-25 column chromatography and then the stability of 125 I-C 60 (OH) x O y was examined. The results showed that the radiochemical purity of 125 I-C 60 (OH) xO y solution with 2% benzylalcohol remained 82.7% after 43h.In this paper water-soluble C 60 derivative was iodolabelled radioactively with Iodogen method.
