摘 要:采用甲烷、氩气或其混合气体 ,在 2 52 Cf平行板裂变室极间距 1.0 0至 5.0 0 mm、电压 50至70 0 V的条件下 ,测量了 142 B电荷灵敏前置放大器输出脉冲波形和脉冲幅度谱。 2 52 Cf裂变室中子强度为 2 .0 7× 10 4 s-1,上升时间为 7.69( 1± 9.1% ) ns,裂变碎片探测效率为 98.4 % ,能够清晰分辨裂变碎片和 α粒子信号。The waveform and amplitude spectra of output signals from the Model 142B preamplifier connected to a 252 Cf fission chamber have been measured. The fission chamber is filled with methane, argon, or their mixture. The distance between the two parallel plate electrodes of the chamber ranges from 1mm to 5mm, and the voltage from 50V to 700V D.C. The neutron strength from 252 Cf fission chamber is about 2.07 ×10 4 neutron/s. In favorable circumstances, the rise time of pulse signals from the preamplifier reaches 7.69(1±9 1%) ns, the detection efficiency of fission fragments reaches,98.4%, and pulse signals caused by 252 Cf fissions are distinguished clearly from those caused by 252 Cf alpha decays.
