摘　　要：根据人体前列腺的病理解剖 ,设计并试验了两种不同类型的 90 Sr- 90 Y前列腺增生治疗器 (“尿道型”和“直肠型”)。临床应用表明 ,这种β射线腔内治疗器为良性前列腺增生症 (BPH)患者提供了一种安全、有效、经济。Depending on the pathological anatomy of prostate, two different kinds of 90 Sr 90 Y prostatic hyperplasia applicators including "urethra type" and "rectum type" are designed and used. Clinical applications indicate that the 90 Sr 90 Y (β) intracavitary applicator provide a safe, effective, saving, convinent and non invasive method for curing BPH patients.
