摘　　要：从聚丙烯浆料的停留时间、环管聚合反应及设备等方面分析了 Spheripol工艺 LV301阀发生堵塞的原因，并结合生产实际提出了预防措施及处理方法。On the basis of residence time of polypropylene paste, reaction of the tubular loop reactor and equipments, the paper explains the reasons of the blockage in the Valve LV301 in the spheripol polypropylene process, and presents the preventive steps and handling measures according to commercial operation.
