摘　　要：对牛仔布粗经粗纬的形成原因及成纱质量做了分析 ,确定了RU0 4转杯纺纱机的改造方法 ,通过优化纺杯支撑轮、纺杯传动皮带的更换方法、改造主风机轴等 ,稳定纺杯动平衡及纺杯负压 ,减少了成纱粗节及牛仔布粗经粗纬 .The article analyses the resultant yarn quality and the reason why heavy end and heavy filling in denim come into being, and defines the reformation of RU04 rotor spinning machine. At the same time, it stables the rotor's dynamical balance and negative press, decreases the number of yarn slub and heavy end, heavy filling in denim sufficiently by mending the rotor's supporting wheel transmission belt's change method, and improving the chief fan axis and so on.
