摘　　要：二氯二茂锆与二茂铁羧酸钠在二氯甲烷中反应,制取得九个相应的单、双二茂铁酰氧基茂锆的衍生物,它们都是新的化合物,对它们的红外光谱、核磁共振谱进行了解析,并初步讨论了它们的结构。In this paper, teactions of Zirconocene dichloride with sodium salts of ferroceny earboxylic acid in methylene coloride have been reported. Nine new compounds which mono or di-substituted ferrocenyl acyloxy derivatives have been prepared. The structures of these compounds were preliminarily studied by means of IR and HNMR spectral method.
