摘　　要：当前我国银行不良资产形成的原因包括内部原因和外部原因,面对这一紧迫而严重的问题,可以通过豁免贷款以解脱企业债务包袱、债权转股权、不良资产证券化和市场换资本(向外国投资者出售股权或分支机构)等几种思路和方法加以综合解决。At present, the causes of Chinese bank s bad assets include both of inside and outside. The urgent and serious problem that we are confronting can be comprehensively solved by remitting loans to free enterprises debts, transforming creditor s rights into stock rights, turning bad assets into stocks, and changing market into capital (selling stock rights or branch organization to foreign investors).
