从补肾生血药对衰老小鼠IL-2、IL-2R的效应探讨肾生髓与免疫调节的关系

摘　　要：目的　探讨肾生髓与免疫调节的关系。方法　采用老年小鼠和D -半乳糖致衰老小鼠两种衰老肾虚动物模型 ,分别连续灌服补肾生血药两个月和 1个月 ,应用MTT法检测脾淋巴细胞增殖 ,放射免疫技术测定IL - 2的含量 ,流式细胞技术分析IL - 2R的表达情况。结果　老年小鼠和D -半乳糖致衰老小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖能力、IL - 2含量、IL - 2R表达明显低于青年小鼠和正常对照小鼠 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,给药后则可明显得到提高 (P <0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1)。结论　肾生髓与免疫调节密切相关 。? Objective To study the relationship between the theory of'The Kidney Produces the Marrow'and immunoregulation .Methods After natural aged and D-gal's aging mice were medicated with Bu Shen Sheng Xue Yao (BSSXY,Traditional Chinese Medicine,ripe for tonifying the kidney to promote hematopiesis)for two months and a month respectively,MTT method,radioimmunoassay,flow cytomery were used to measured the proliferation of spleen lymphocytes,the content of interlukin-2(IL-2)and the expression of interlukin-2 receptor(IL-2R).Results The proliferation of spleen lymphocytes,the content of IL-2 and the expression of IL-2R of natural aged and D-gal's aging mice were significantly lower than those of young or normal control(P<0.001).After medication with BSSXY,they were obviously improved (P<0.05～0.01).Conclusions 'The kidney Produces the Marrow'is closely related to the regulation of immunity.BSSXY can improve the function of immunity.
