摘  要:文中介绍了对混合工质 J- T节流制冷机中换热器特性实验研究的结果 ,指出多组分混合工质 J- T节流制冷机及其换热器设计过程中 ,混合工质组分配比对整机及换热器换热和流动有重要影响 ,选择组分配比时要统筹考虑混合工质小温差换热段的出现位置及其长度的综合影响。In this paper, an experiment set has been set up and the experimental results of the mixed gas Joule-Thomson (J-T) cooler and its heat exchanger are provided. These data show that the temperature distribution as well as the pressure distribution in the heat exchanger channels depends to a large degree on the pinch point locations in the process, which is strongly influenced by the mixture composition. Both the pinch part of heat exchanging location should be considered for the optimal design of the heat exchanger as well as for the choice of the mixture composition.
