哮宁口服液治疗小儿哮喘的临床与实验研究

摘　　要：为探讨哮宁口服液治疗小儿哮喘的临床疗效和作用机理 ,设 32例治疗组 ,以常规西药合哮宁口服液治疗 ,2 3例对照组单纯西药治疗 ,疗程均为 7天 ,结果 :治疗组总有效率 93 75 % ,对照组总有效率 73 91% ,两组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,治疗组优于对照组 ;且治疗组咳嗽、气喘、痰鸣好转时间均明显短于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,治疗组在消除肺部哮鸣方面也优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。药效学实验证明 :哮宁口服液对卵蛋白致敏的豚鼠有明显的保护作用 ,可延长其出现呼吸困难的潜伏期 ,减少跌倒休克动物数 ,使正常和组胺致痉的豚鼠气管螺旋条松驰 ,对腺病毒和合胞病毒有灭活作用 。To investigate the clinical efficacy and action mechanism of 'Xiaoning Liquid'in the treatment of infantile asthma,32 cases in treatment group were treated by routine western medicines plus the 'Fluid'for 7 days and the total effective rate was 93 75%,higher than 73 91% in control group which contained 23 cases treated simply by routine western medicines, P <0.05.The cough,panting,sputum roaring and lung wheezing sound were relieved more quickly and significantly in treatment group than in control group( P <0.01～0 05).Pharmacodynamical tests demonstrated that'Xiaoning Liquid'could obviously protect the ovalbumin sensitisized guinea pig,prolong the latency period of dyspnea,reduce the shocked animal in number,relax the normal and spastic trachea,deactivate the adenovirus and syncytiovirus,eventually relieve cough and spasm.
