摘  要:本文用11种金属材料,在内蒙古天然碱苛化烧碱液中,进行了全浸式静态和动态腐蚀试验。用失重法测量腐蚀速度,用电化学方法测试钝态特性,用透射电镜观察腐蚀形貌和钝化膜状态,用电子衍射法鉴定了钝化膜及附着物的晶体结构。在浓效温度为150℃C,NaOH浓度为41~47%的条件下,试验材料按耐蚀性优劣排队顺序为:000Cr30Mo2、000Cr26Mo1、B30、Ti—0.2Pd、Ni、Ti、00Cr20Ni25Mo4Cu、1Cr18Ni 9 Ti、00Cr17Ni13Mo2、16MnR和20钢,用高纯高铬铁素体不锈钢000Cr30Mo2和000Cr26Mo1,制造浓效天然碱苛化烧碱液的装置,有可能显著提高使用寿命。A static and dynamic corrosion test iscarried out with materials of eleven metals immersed in Inner-Mongolian natural soda.The corrosion speed is determined by a loss-in-weight tester.The passive character is tested by an electro-chemical galvanometer.The corrosive shape and passive film state are observed by TEM.The crystal structures of pas- sive films and superadditions are identified by electronic-diffraction. It appears that the order of tested materials whose corrosion-resistance is rated from highto low,on condition that the solution contains 41-47% NaOH at a temperature of 150℃,is.000Cr30Mo2,000Cr26Mo1,B30,Ti- 0.2Pd,Ni,Ti,00Cr20Ni25Mo4Cu,1Cr18Ni9Ti,00Cr17Ni13Mo2,16MnR and 20~#.Thus,service life of the equipment for preparing natural soda may be signifi-cantly lengthened if it is made of high-purity high-chromium forritic stainless steel 000Cr30Mo2 or 000Cr26Mol.
