摘　　要：目的：评价醋柳磺酮片治疗稳定性心绞痛合并高脂血症的疗效及安全性．方法：１１０例稳定性心绞痛合并高脂血症患者服用醋柳磺酮片１０ｍｇ，ｔｉｄ，疗效为４ｗｋ，通过临床观察其治疗前后心肌耗氧指数、２４ｈ总缺血时间、次极时踏车运动试验出现缺血型ＳＴ段改变时的时间、心绞痛发作情况、硝酸甘油用量和血脂各参数的变化及其不良反应。结果：治疗后心肌耗氧指数、２４ｈ总缺血时间明显缩短，次极量踏车运动试验出现缺血型ＳＴ段改变时的时间明显延长；治疗前后血脂各参数有明显降低（Ｐ＜０．０５）；高脂血症疗效：显效５６．４％，有效３０．９％，总有效率 ８７．３％．无效 １２ ７％。结论：醋柳磺酮片治疗稳定性心绞痛合并高脂血症疗效确切，无严重不良反应。AIM: To evaluate the efficiency and safety of stable angina pectoris associated with hyper- lipemia syndrome by Culiuhuangtong. METHODS: One hundred and ten patients of stable angina pectoris associated with hyperlipemia took Culiuhuangtong 10mg, tid, po, for 4 wk. The clinical investigation in- cluded myocardial oxygen consumption parameter, 24 h general ischemic time, the time of ST segment changing after sub-maximum exertion tread-mill exercise, the condition of angina pectoris attacking, con- sumption of glyceryl trinitrate, the diverse parameters of blood lipid and adverse drug reactions before and after treatment. RESULTS: The parameters of myocardial oxygen consumption after therapy and the total time of 24h general ischemia reduced significantly and the time of developing ST segment changes after sub-maximum exertion tread-mill excercise were prolonged obviously. The serum lipid parameters altered significantly after therapy (P<0.05). The remarkable response rate was 56.4%. The effective rate was 30.9%. Total effective rate was 87.3% with ineffective rate of 12. 7%. CONCLUSION: Culiuhuangtong can effectively treat stable angina pectoris associated with hyperlipidaemic syndrome effectively and has few severe adverse reactions.
