摘  要:目的 :探讨长期有氧运动对apoE缺陷小鼠 (apoE0 )动脉粥样硬化斑块面积的影响及纤溶激活系统变化在其中的作用。方法 :apoE0鼠和C5 7BL/ 6J鼠各 2 0只随机分为对照组和游泳组 ,12 0min/次 ,6次 /周 ,12周后测定apoE0鼠动脉粥样硬化斑块面积及纤溶激活活性。 结果 :①有氧训练使apoE0鼠的动脉粥样硬化斑块面积减少了35 % ;②apoE0鼠的纤溶和凝血系统均处于一种较高的水平 ;③有氧训练使apoE0鼠和C5 7BL/ 6J鼠血浆组织纤溶酶原激活剂 (tPA)活性和tPA/纤溶酶原激活抑制剂 (PAI)比值均明显升高 ,但C5 7BL/ 6J鼠PAI活性降低 ,而apoE0鼠PAI活性保持不变 ;④有氧训练使apoE0鼠的纤溶酶原水平较之训练前显著升高 ,但纤溶酶、凝血酶原和凝血酶均未发生明显改变。结论 :apoE缺陷鼠有着明显的凝血功能亢进和纤溶活性增强 ,长期有氧训练可缩小动脉粥样硬化病变面积 ,其过程中有纤溶机制的参与。Objective: To study the changes of fibrinolytic system after long-term aerobic training and its effects on atherosclerotic lesions of apoE0 mice. Method: Twenty apoE0 mice and twenty C57BL/6J mice were randomized into 4 groups. The swimming groups underwent aerobic training: 120 min/time, 6 times/week, for 12 weeks. The atherosclerotic lesions of apoE0 mice were observed and plasma fibrinolytic activity were measured. Result:①The atherosclerotic lesions of apoE0 mice were decreased by 35% after long-term aerobic training; ②Compared with normal mice, apoE0 mice had an increased fibrinolytic and thrombotic activity; ③The levels of tPA and tPA activity/PAI activity were increased significantly both in normal and apoE0 mice after aerobic training, but contrast to the lower PAI level of C57BL/6J mice, the PAI activity of apoE0 mice remained no change after long-term exercise; ④Aerobic training improved the plasminogen level remarkably. Conclusion: ApoE0 mice had an increased fibrinolytic and thrombotic activity, both of them kept dynamic equilibrium in a high level. Long-term aerobic training could reduce atherosclerotic lesion area and the changes of fibrinolytic activity may be one of the main mechanisms.
