摘　　要：本文综述了自1994年 以来丽珠肠乐在腹泻、便秘、肝硬化、肝性脑病、肝炎、创伤感染和肿瘤辅助治疗等方面的临床和实验研究文献报道68篇。临床研究表明丽珠肠乐是治疗各种原因婴幼儿腹泻、各种原因引起的急、慢性腹泻、肠激综合征(IBS)、溃疡性结肠炎的理想药物治疗脑血管疾病便秘和习惯性便秘病人疗效显著,且作用温和持久,无副反应;是治疗小儿急性肝炎的良好辅助治疗药物;是治疗慢性乙型肝炎活动期的首选药物之一;可用于治疗失代偿期肝硬化病人,防治/治疗肝性脑病病人疗效显著。另外,丽珠肠乐还是良好的外科和肿瘤化疗辅助药物,对绿脓杆菌感染创面和脾曲综合征的治疗亦疗效显著。实验研究表明丽珠肠乐活菌可以在小鼠体内定植,定植数量随接种时间的延长而增加,对实验性糖尿病有良好治疗作用,并具有抑制或减缓肝实验性肝纤维化发生发展的作用。丽珠肠乐的作用机制主要与肠道局部调节和机体体液免疫调节有关。从临床观察的科研设计角度考察,有关文献基本达到了大样本量、随机、对照和平行的原则,其结论是科学可靠的。Reviewing 68 papers about the clinical trial, experimental and mechanism study of LIVZON CHANGLE (LZCL) in the treatment of diarrhea, constipation, cirrhosis, encephalopathy, hepatitis, wound infection and assistant treatment of carcinoma, From the clinical trial, we can get conclusion, LZCL's effect in the treatment of all kinds of infantile diarrhea, acute and chronic diarrhea, irritable bowel disease (IBS), and ulcerative colitis is excellent. The effect is also good, mild and lasting in the treatment of cerebrovascular disorder and habitual constipation, there is no adverse effect at the same time. LZCL is a good assistant drug in infantile acute hepatitis and one of the first drug in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B. The effect in the treatment of encompensated cirrhosis and encehalopathy is marked. LZCL is a good assistant drug in surgery and chemical treatment of carcinoma. The effect of pseudomonas pyocyanea infection and splenic flexure syndrome are significance. From the experimental study, we can get the conclusion, P.O. Bifidobiogen can settle in vivo of mouse, and quantity of settling increased little by little. LZCL's effect is good in the treatment of diabetes rats, it also arrested and deduced the hepatic fibrosis of rats. The mechanism of LZCL is about regulating gut and hymoral immunity. The design of all the references in review is scientific, they are great specimen, random, control and parallel. The conclusion is reliable.
