中国福建尖吻蝮蛇蛇毒类凝酶止血作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究中国福建尖吻蝮蛇蛇毒类凝酶止血作用及其作用机制。方法 :用断尾法测小鼠出血时间 ,观察止血剂量对家兔全血凝固时间及纤维蛋白原含量的影响。结果 :蛇毒类凝酶在 0 .0 0 0 1～ 0 .0 10 0 k U/ kg可使小鼠出血时间明显缩短 ,而当剂量增大到 3 .0 0 0 0 k U / kg时 ,则显著延长小鼠出血时间。其 0 .0 0 0 4～ 0 .0 0 3 6k U / kg剂量能使家兔全血凝固时间明显缩短 ,降低纤维蛋白原的含量。结论 :中国福建尖吻蝮蛇蛇毒类凝酶在小剂量时可作为止血药 ,它可能通过适度降低纤维蛋白原的含量 。Objective:To investigate the effect of snake venom th rombin like enzyme from Agristrodom Acutus in Fujian China on hemostatic action and its mechanism. Methods:The effect of snake venom thrombin like enzyme on bleeding ti me in mice and whole blood coagulation time and fibrinogen level in rabbit were observed.Results:snake venom thrombin like enzyme markedly shortened bleedin g time in mice at the dose of 0.000 1 0.01 kU/kg. When the dose increased to 3 kU /kg, bleeding time in mice was prolonged. The whole blood coagulation time and fibrinogen level in rabbit were shortened and decreased at the dose of 0.000 4 0.003 6 kU/kg.Conclusion:snake venom thrombin like enzyme from Agristrodom Acutus i n Fujian China acts as a hemostatic drug at small dose. It maybe exerts its hemos t atic action by properly decreasing fibrinogen level and shortening bleeding time and whole blood coagulation time.
