新兵心理健康及其相关因素的研究

摘　　要：目的 :　研究新兵的心理健康及其相关因素 ,为其心理卫生保健提供科学依据。方法 :采用症状自评量表 (SCL - 90 ) ,简易应对方式量表及A型性格量表 ,测评 170名新兵的心理健康状况并分析其影响因素。结果 :驻粤新兵的SCL - 90中的躯体化、强迫症、忧郁等 5项因子分值 ,显著高于国内青年常模。高中文化水平新兵的忧郁因子分 1.8± 0 .37,显著高于初中及其以下文化的 1.6± 0 .62 ;湖北籍新兵的阳性项目数 4 1.7± 19.9,显著高于四川籍的 31.7± 19.6和湖南籍的 30 .2± 19.9。积极与消极兼有的两极型应对方式的新兵 ,其SCL - 90中的总症状指数为1.98± 0 .72 ,显著高于积极型的 1.5 7± 0 .4 7和中间型的 1.63± 0 .5 0 ,且 8项因子分和 4项因子分值也分别显著高于积极型和中间型应对方式的新兵。A型性格新兵的躯体化、忧郁、敌对、偏执等 6项分值 ,均显著高于非A型性格的新兵。结论 :新兵的心理健康水平低于国内青年 ;文化和籍贯的差异与新兵心理健康水平有关 ;两极型应对方式和A型性格是新兵心理健康的负性影响因素 ,积极型应对方式有益于心理健康。Objective:To explore the mental health and its related factors in recruits,so as to provide a scientific basis for mental health care.Methods:The mental health of 170 recruits was tested by symptom checklist 90 (SCL-90), and the influence factors were evaluated by simplified coping style and type A personality questionnaire.Results:The 5 factorial scores of somatization,depression,etc.in recruits were significantly higher than the young people ,s normal value(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The depression scores in recruits from senior middle school were 1.82±0.73, higher than that (1.60±0.62) from junior (P<0.05). The positive symptom numbers in recruits from Hubei province were 41.7±19.9 higher than those ( 31.7±19.6 and 30.2±19.9 respectively ) from Sichuan and Hunan province (P<0.01).The general symptomatic index in recruits with two polar coping style was 1.98±0.72,significantly higher than those (1.57±0.47 and 1.63±0.50 respectively) with positive and with neutral coping style, and the 8 factorial scores and 4 factorial scores of SCL-90 were significantly higher than those with positive and with neutral coping style,respectively. The 6 factorial scores of somatization, depression,hostility, paranoid ideation,etc.of SCL-90 with type A personality were significantly higher than those with the non-type A personality.Conclusion:The level of mental health in recruits was lower than the young people ,s normal value; the differences in education and native place were related with the mental health; the two polar coping style and type A personality were the negative factors influencing the mental health of recruits, and positive coping style was beneficial to mental health.
