赤松种子萌发与幼苗生长

摘　　要：采取室内与野外试验相结合的方法 ,研究了赤松种子萌发与幼苗生长规律 ,结果表明 :①赤松种子发芽比较容易 ,当年采的种子和贮存 1、2a后的种子在生活力方面没有太大的差异 ;②不同处理样方内种子的野外发芽率偏低 ,从出苗率和保存率来看 ,人工更新 >人工促进天然更新 >天然更新 >对照 ;③土壤中赤松种子可以保持 2a以上的萌发能力 ,但经过一个生长季后 ,赤松地下种子库也基本上消耗完了 ,其天然更新是靠种子较强的飞散能力和较丰富的种源供应来维持的 ;④赤松更新苗的萌发从 5月 2 1日开始至 7月 2日结束 ,共历经 42d。Using the method of indoors and outdoors experimentations, the seed germination and seedling growth were studied in the paper. The results are as follows: ① The seed of Japanese red pine can germinate easily, and the differences between the new seeds and two kinds of old seed stored in low-temperature for 1 year and 2 years are not obvious. ② The seed germination rate is relatively low in different site treatment, and viewing from the seedling emergence percent and survival rate, man-made regeneration>man-promoted natural regeneration>natural regeneration>CK. ③ The seed can keep germination ability for 2 years in the soil. After one growing season, the underground seed bank was almost used up. The natural regeneration of Japanese red pine is mainly relying on its strong dispersion ability of seed and rather abundant seed resources. ④ The seed of Japanese red pine begin to germinate on 21, May and end on 2, July, the whole process needs 42 days.
