摘　　要：为了解CAPD患者社区护理的重要性 ,我院对 80例行CAPD的患者分两组进行问卷调查和随访 ,结果表明进行CAPD患者社区护理指导的病人 ,其技术操作熟练 ,营养状况良好。明显降低了感染率。可见CAPD患者的社区护理是非常重要的。To study the importance of community nursing to patients with CAPD, Eighty patients with CAPD were divided into two group, they were followed up and investigated through questionnaire. The results showed patients having accepted the induction of community nursing had skilled technique and good nutrition condition, the infection rate was decreased significantly. It is indicated that community nursing to patients with CAPD is importance.
