摘  要:目的 在香烟减毒剂的应用研究中 ,筛选出一种植物色素 (PP) ,初步研究 PP对吸烟小鼠的抗氧化损伤作用。方法 抗氧化实验方法。 36只雌性小鼠 ,随机分为 4组 :1个试验组 (PP-组 )、3个对照组 (吸烟组、VE组和正常对照组 ) ,观察 PP对小鼠血浆超氧化物歧化酶 (P- SOD)、红细胞超氧化物歧化酶 (E- SOD)和肝细胞丙二醛 (L - MDA)的影响。数据经方差分析处理。结果 试验组小鼠 P- SOD、E- SOD升高和 L- MDA降低与吸烟对照组比较差异有非常显著性意义 (P<0 .0 1) ,与非吸烟组和大剂量口服 VE组比较无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。表明 PP加入香烟烟丝内可有效减轻吸烟小鼠的过氧化损伤。结论 不需大量口服抗氧化剂 ,烟内少量 PP就可起到抗香烟氧化损伤的作用。Objective In the research and application of preparation agent has attenuation to smoke, a kind of plant pigment was screened. Primary studies the function of plant pigment resisatnce to oxidation impairment of smoke mice. Methods Method of anti oxidation test. 36 female mice were divided into four groups: one test group(PP group) and three control groups (smoke group?V E group and negative control group). Survey the variance of plasma superoxide dismutase(P SOD)? erythrocyte superoxide dismutase(E SOD) and hepatocyte malonaldehyde(L MDA) of mice. The datum was treated with analysis of variance. Result The enzyme activity in mice of test group P SOD and E SOD was rise, L MDA was decline. The variance comparison with control group by smoke were significantly different ( P<0 01) , comparison with no smoke control group and oral intake V E control group were insignificantly different ( P>0 05) . PP may be effective method to palliate the peroxidation impairment of smoked mice when the plant pigment added to cirgarette. Conclusion In cigarette add a little plant pigment this effect of anti smoke oxidization impairment is very explicit with not oral intake a great deal of antioxidising agent.
