摘　　要：目的 应用ＥＴ－１００新型咽鼓管开放功能测试训练仪对咽鼓管（ＥＴ）开放功能实施分级，并进行应用研究。方法 用本仪器对１１１ 例（２２２耳）正常人ＥＴ的开放等级值（ＯＧＶ）用Ｋ均值分类法进行统计学处理及分级（Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ、Ｄ四级），据此分级，对７５例（１５耳）潜水员、１６例（３２耳）飞行员及１１例（２２耳）潜艇艇员的ＥＴ开放功能进行检测及分析研究。结果 正常人员组与潜水员组、飞行员组、潜艇艇员组人员ＥＴ开放功能差异无显著性；Ａ、Ｂ级人员在加压实验中可使ＥＴ顺利开放。结论 使用本仪器初步制订的分级标准能够客观地反映ＥＴ的主动开放通气功能，应用结果与实际情况符合性好，可为各类人员ＥＴ开放功能的检查提供可靠依据。Objective ET-100 New Measuring-Training Apparatus for ETOF was used to classi-fy the opening function of eustachian tube(ET), and studies on its application were carried out. Meth-ods The ET opening grade values(OGV) of 111 normal volunteers(222 ears) deteced by the apparatus were dealt with statistically by K-means cluster method and divided into four grades-. A,B,C and D. The ETOFs of 75 divers(150 ears), 16 pilots(32 ears) and 11 submariners(22 ears) were measured and the results were analysed. Results There were no significant differences among ETOFs of submariner group, pilot group, diver group and normal group. The volunteers with grade A or B felt quite comfort-able during compressing process. Conclusions The classification principle set by this apparatus could tally with the active opening function of ET and the results of application were in accordance with the real conditions. Therefore, this apparatus could be reliablly used to measure ETOF of all sorts of per-sonnel.
