摘  要:目的:探讨磁处理酒对小鼠肾脏中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)、胆固醇含量的影响。方法:用邻苯三酚法测SOD,TBA法则MDA,改良的Griess法测NO,高铁一醋酸一硫酸显色法测胆固醇。结果:与对照组相比,磁酒组和白酒组SOD活力均显著提高(P<0.05);白酒组MDA含量增多(P<0.05),磁酒组MDA含量明显低于白酒组(P<0.05);白酒组总胆固醇量明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:磁处理白酒可影响小鼠肾匀浆自由基及胆固醇含量。Objective: To observe the effects of magnetized liquor on the content of superoxide dismutase (SOD), malon-dialdehyde (MDA), nitric oxide (NO) and cholesterol in the kidney of mice. Methods: SOD activity was determined with Trihy-droxy benzene, MDA content with TBA (Thio bar bituric Acid), NO content with Griess method and cholesterol content with color-reaction of ferric-acetic acid-sulfuric acid. Result: SOD activity of kidney homogenate in magnetized liquor and liquor is higher than control group (P<0.05).MDA content in liquor group is markedly higher than control group (P<0.05); MDA of magnetized liquor group is lower than liquor group. Cholesterol in liquor group is significant higher than control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: the magnetized liquor could affect contents of free radical and cholesterol in the kidney of mice.
