溃疡散对实验性大鼠胃溃疡粘膜PGE_2含量及血流量的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察溃疡散对实验性大鼠胃溃疡粘膜前列腺素E2 含量及血流量的影响。方法 :采用Shay结扎法、醋酸法复制大鼠胃溃疡模型 ,分别测定给药后胃粘液PGE2 含量及胃粘膜血流量 (GMBF) ,并对结果进行统计分析。结果 :溃疡散 350mg·kg- 1 、70 0mg·kg- 1 及 1 4 0 0mg·kg- 1 与对照组相比 ,能显著增加胃内游离粘液和胃壁粘液量及胃壁内PGE2 含量 (P <0 0 5) ,连续以溃疡散灌胃能显著增加胃粘膜血流量 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 :溃疡散的抗溃疡作用与增加胃粘液量、促进PGE2 分泌及增加GMBF有关。Objective:To observe the effect of Kuiyang on gastric mucosal prostaglandin E 2 (PGE 2) content and gastric mucosal blood flow(GMBF) in rats with experimental gastric ulcer. Method:Wistar rats were replicated into gastric ulcer by method of pylous ligature and acetic acid.Gastric mucus content,gastric mucosal PGE 2 and GMBF were examined after igdrug respectively.The results were analyzed by statistic method. Results: Kuiyang Powder could significantly increased the free and parietal mucus content and markedly increased the PGE 2 secretions of gastric mucosal,there was significant difference between treatment group and control.To consective administrate Kuiyang powder could significantly increased the GMBF(P<0 01). Conclusion:The antiulcer action of Kuiyang powder is related to increasing gastric mucus and PGE 2 secretion and GMBF
