泻火开窍方对记忆获得、巩固和再现障碍病理模型的影响

摘　　要：本文观察了泻火开窍方对记忆获得、巩固和再现障碍病理模型的作用效果。结果发现 ,泻火开窍方对东莨菪碱记忆获得障碍、环己酰亚胺记忆巩固障碍及乙醇中毒记忆再现障碍均有显著的改善效果 (P <0 0 5～0 0 1 )。Objective:In this paper,we observed the effects of Xiahoukaiqiao formula on the mouse with impairment in memory acquiring,consolidating and reappearing.The results showed that the Xiahoukaiqiao formula were able to significantly improve the learning and memory abilities in mouse with memory acquiring impairment induced by Scopolaming ,memory consolidating impairment induced by Cycloheximide and memory reappearing impairment induced by Enthanol(P<0 05～0 01).These suggested that XiahoukaiQiao formula could regulate the process of memory acquiring,memory consolidating and memory reappearing.
