黄芪注射液对青年女性急性病毒性心肌炎气虚证NK细胞活性及T细胞亚群的影响

摘　　要：目的观察青年女性急性病毒性心肌炎AVMC气虚证患者使用黄芪注射液治疗前后NK细胞和T淋巴细胞亚群的变化。方法将60例AVMC青年女性患者随机分为对照组与治疗组各30例,分别给予常规治疗和黄芪注射液治疗,疗程均为3周。结果治疗前AVMC患者NK细胞活性低于健康人组P<0.001,其CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8比值均显著低于健康人组P<0.05～0.001。经黄芪注射液治疗后,显著改善了NK细胞活性P<0.001和CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8比值P<0.05～0.001。而对照组无明显改善P>0.05。结论黄芪注射液具有良好的免疫调节作用,是治疗AVMC的有效治疗措施之一。The effects of Huangqi injection on NK cell activity and Tlymphocyte subgroup in yong female patients with acute vial myocarditis of Qi deficiency type were observed.Methods:60 cases were randomly divided into two groups and an-other 30 normal persons served as control.30 patients in one group with treated wity Huangqi injection,and another 30 patients were treated wity routine treatment.The course of treatment were all three weeks.Results:The NKC activity,CD3、CD4、CD8 andCD4/CD8 ratio were lower(P<0.05～0.001)in AVMC as compared witn nor-mal control.After treatment with Huangqi injection.the NK activities,CD3、CD4、CD8 and CD4/CD8 ratio were increased in treatment group,while those in routine treat-ment group were not changed(P>0.05).Conclusion:Huangqi injection has a good effection on cell immuity regulation function,and might be taken as one of the ef-fective therapeutic methods in treatment of acute viral myocarditis.
