胆必清颗粒剂抗炎作用实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察胆必清颗粒剂对实验性小白鼠和大白鼠炎症的影响。方法 :用二甲苯致炎法、角叉菜胶致炎法、皮下植入棉球诱导肉芽组织增生法 ,分别引起小白鼠耳廓的炎症、大白鼠足爪炎症和皮下肉芽组织增生 ,研究胆必清颗粒剂的抗炎症作用。结果 :胆必清颗粒剂组与空白组比较 ,胆必清颗粒剂可使小白鼠耳廓的肿胀度明显减轻 (P<0.01),大剂量组优于小剂量组 (P<0.05) ,其余各剂量组均无明显差异 ;胆必清颗粒剂可使大白鼠足爪肿胀度明显减轻 (P<0.01或P<0.05) ,大剂量组优于中剂量组 (P<0.01)和小剂量组 ,中剂量组优于小剂量组 ,有剂量依赖性 ;大剂量、中剂量组肉芽组织增生明显受到抑制(P<0.01)。结论Objective: To observe the antinflammatory effect of Danbiqing granule in mice and rats. Methods:The inflammatory models were induced by injection of xylene and carrageenin, and by subcutaneous plantation of cotton. Each danbiqing granule group was used in three different doses. Aspirin was as Control. The swelling of ear in the mice, the edema of hind paw in the rats, and hyperplasia of granulation were determined respectively. Results: Danbiqing granule could significantly inhibit the swelling of mouses ear (P<0.01),and reduce the edema of hind paw in the rats with dose dependence (P<0.05), Danbiqing granule in large dose also could inhibit the hyperplasia of granulation (P<0.01).Conclusion:Danbiqing granule has some anti-inflammatory effects in mice and rats.
