低碘大鼠脾脏淋巴细胞超微结构研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究低碘大鼠脾脏淋巴细胞的超微结构。方法 :利用电子显微镜观察低碘大鼠脾脏淋巴细胞的超微结构并进行体视学测量。结果 :低碘大鼠脾脏边缘区内有微绒毛的小淋巴细胞 (B淋巴细胞 )数量增多 ,功能活跃 ;无微绒毛的小淋巴细胞 (T淋巴细胞 )数量减少 ,功能不活跃。结论 :碘缺乏可导致大鼠体液免疫功能亢进 。Objective: To study the ultrastructure of spleenic lymphocytes in the rats with iodine deficiency. Methods: The ultrastructure of lymphocytes were observed by electron microscopy and the stereological method was used to analyze the cellular and subcellular of them. Results: The number of small lymphocytes with microvilli (B lymphocyte) was increased and they were active ,the number of small lymphocytes with non-microvilli was decreased and they were inactive. Conclusion: Iodine deficiency could enhance the humoral immunity and suppress the cellular immunity.
