炙甘草汤有效成分人参总皂苷及其配伍对心肌生理特性的影响

摘　　要：实验观察炙甘草汤中人参总皂苷及配伍一定量的甘草酸或（和）麦冬总皂苷对大鼠离体心肌生理特性的影响及量效关系，结果显示３种成分配伍作用优于两两配伍，两两配伍作用又强于单个使用，并且作用随人参总皂苷浓度增高而加强，当甘草酸，人参总皂苷和麦冬总皂苷按０．３８４：０．１４４：０．１２０（ｇ／Ｌ）组方时，明显降低大鼠离体右心房肌自律性（Ｐ＜０．０１）和左心房肌兴奋性（Ｐ＜０．０５），明显延长左心房肌功能不应期（ＦＲＰ）（Ｐ＜０．０５）。The influences of Glycyrrhizic acid (GA), Gingseng total saponin (GTS) and Ophiopogan total saponin (OTS) in Zhigancao decoction and their doses on the physiological characteristics of the isolated rat atrium were observed. The results showed that the combination of three ingredients were more potent than the combination of either two or single, and the effect increased with the dose of GTS. GA, GTS and OTS in the proportion of 0.384:0.144:0.120 significantly decreased the automaticity of isolated right atrium, inhibited the excitability and prolonged the functional refractory period of isolated left atrium.
