益宫固崩口服液中芍药苷的含量测定

摘　　要：目的 :建立一种测定益宫固崩口服液中芍药苷含量的方法。方法 :采用薄层扫描法。以氯仿 甲醇 (7∶2 )为展开剂 ,以双波长反射式锯齿扫描方式进行测定 ,λS=5 80nm ,λR=70 0nm。结果 :芍药苷在 1.0 6～ 5 .30 μg范围内线性关系良好 ,r =0 .9985 (n =5 ) ,平均回收率为 97.47% ,RSD =1.6 8%。结论 :测定方法简便、准确、重现性好 。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Yigonggubeng oral liquid.METHODS Dual wavelength zigzag TLC scanning method was used.The detection wavelength was 580 nm and the reference wavelength was 700 nm. The mobil phase was chloroform methanol(7∶2). RESULTS It showed a good linearity between 1.06 ～ 5.30 μg ( r = 0.9985 ).The average recovery was 97.47% (RSD= 1.68% ).CONCLUSIONS The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,it is suitable for the determination of paeoniflorin in Yigonggubeng oral liquid.
